To confirm your booking we need to receive 50% of the total amount in advance.
Full refund: You will receive 100% of the deposit if you cancel before 7 days prior to arrival date.
The deposit is non-refundable from 7 days prior to the arrival date.
Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a no show and no refund will be given.
There will be no refunds for early departures, medical emergencies, for breakdowns of air conditioner, appliances, etc, if said breakdown is due to weather or other conditions over which the owner has no control.
